2020年11月20日-12月28日，由南昌大学主办，芝加哥大学、西北大学、阿拉巴马大学、北京大学、上海交通大学等院校共同参与的《数智化背景下企业管理国际论坛》，顺利在线举办。

本次论坛先后开展了四个分论坛，分别为《数智化赋能管控力》《数智化赋能决策力》《数智化赋能组织力》和《数智化赋能协同力》。数十位海内外专家学子做出精彩分享，并热烈讨论，包括《The impact of intelligent services on enterprise innovation in the digital age》、《Organizational inertia and path change of manufacturing digital transformation-- the case study of Renhe group》、《Research on competition and cooperation strategy of mobile phone developers under reward advertising》、《An Empirical Analysis of the Influence of Technological Innovation Capability of Internet Enterprises on Business Performance》、《The Impact of Corporate Social esponsibility and Institutional Environment on Financial Performance—Base on An Empirical Study of Chinese Listed Companies from 2010 to 2018》等题目。

本次论坛创新性地将企业管理的管控力、决策力、组织力和协同力这四个核心要素赋予数智化的科技支撑，将为传统管理模式颠覆式的变化，以及全新的管理体验。本次论坛的召开，不仅助力我院企业管理的学科建设，同时也启示了企业管理的数智化升级方向，并加强了海内外多所高校的联系和合作。
