专业发展系统培训 

1.精品课程网络培训。积极落实教育部全国高校教师网络培训中心网培计划。结合教师的专业方向和培训需求,统筹规划,按需施训,以学期为单位选派骨干教师参加国家精品课程网络培训项目,通过集中学习和在线学习等方式,接受先进的教学理念、经验、技术和方法指导,提高教师课程教学能力和水平。网络培训成为促进教师教学能力提升的重要途径和青年教师成长的第二课堂。

1. Training of high quality course;

Actively implement the network training plan among college teachers that is carried out by the nationwide network of university teachers' training center in Ministry of Education. Combined with the teacher's professional direction and the training needs, overall planning, some excellent teachers in each semester are sent to participate in the network training program about national fine course. In this way, teachers can accept the advanced teaching idea, experience, technology and supervising methods to improve teachers’ teaching ability and level, by focusing on learning and online learning. Network training has become the important way as well as the second classroom for our school to promote teachers' teaching ability and young teachers’ growth.

2.双师双能素质培训。建设教师企业工作站,采取学校公派与个人自选相结合的方式,通过组织教师参与企业生产和管理、联合开展应用技术研究和技术服务指导学生企业实习、参加职业技能取证等,提高专业教师的双师素质和双能水平,培育适应应用型人才培养需要的应用型教师队伍。

2. Training of teachers that have both teaching ability and practical ability;

Constructing teachers workstation, adopting the method of combining school, grooming and personal choice, organizing teachers participate in enterprise production, management, application technology research and technology services, guiding students to corporate practice, participating in professional skills to obtain evidence and so on, can improve the double quality and level of the professional teachers, which cultivates application-oriented teachers who adapt to the needs of training applied talents.

3.中青年骨干教师培养。积极申报郑州地方高校优秀中青年骨干教师培养计划和河南省骨干教师资助计划,通过项目引领和任务驱动,加快中青年骨干教师培养步伐。

3. Training of elite teachers of both young and middle age;

Actively declare the training plan and financial scheme of outstanding young and middle-aged teachers in local university of Zhengzhou and Henan province. To speed up the     training pace of excellent young and middle-aged teachers, through project leading and task driven.

4.校际间合作交流。拓宽渠道,积极开展境内境外校际交流与合作,通过科技讲坛设坛开讲、与郑州大学等高校合作、支持青年教师参加高水平的学术会议、选送骨干教师国外访学等,学习先进的教育思想和理念,及时了解和准确掌握学科前沿发展动态及最新成果,提高青年教师的专业素质。

4. Cooperation and exchange between universities;

Broaden the channels, and actively develop domestic foreign intercollegiate exchanges and cooperation. To improve the professional quality of young teachers, it is essential to start the science and technology forum, cooperate with Zhengzhou university, support for young teachers attending the high level of academic conferences, send outstanding teachers to foreign countries to learn the advanced education thought and idea, understand and accurately grasp the discipline development trends and the latest achievements.

5.硕博学位进修。出台资助政策,鼓励符合条件的青年教师在职攻读硕(博)士学位,对取得学位的教师给予一定的学费资助。

5. Career training for Master and Doctor Degree;

Set funding policy, encourage eligible young teachers for Master and Doctor’s degree. The university will offer certain tuition funding for those teachers who get degrees .
