近日，我支部党员张勇教授团队在Plant Biotechnology Journal在线发表了 “PAM‐relaxed and temperature‐tolerant CRISPR‐Mb3Cas12a single transcript unit systems for efficient singular and multiplexed genome editing in rice, maize, and tomato”研究论文。该研究开发简单PAM识别且室温适用的CRISPR-Mb3Cas12a植物编辑新系统，实现水稻、玉米及番茄高效基因组编辑。

其团队郑雪莲副教授在Plant Biotechnology Journal杂志在线发表了 “An efficient CRISPR-Cas12a mediated MicroRNA knockout strategy in plants”论文。该研究为深入解析植物miRNA生物学功能及进行分子育种事件提供了明确的编辑工具、编辑策略及水稻miRNA新种质材料。
